Mosaic-InfoForce currently has job openings for FSR (Field Service Representative) positions across the US.

• An FSR collects product information from grocery stores, mass merchandise, convenience stores, drug stores, liquor stores, computer stores, home improvement centers, and many other types of retailers within their local area.

• The majority of information is collected on a modified laptop computer called a MONet device, on paper, or called in to an IVR phone system (Interactive Voice Response).

• FSRs primarily complete work during the week (Monday – Thursday) with occasional Friday and weekend collection.

• It is a regular (and not seasonal) part-time position. Hours vary on a weekly basis.

• There is an initial paid training period which occurs throughout the first 4-6 weeks as well as ongoing training as new projects are introduced.

• Computer literate
• Merchandising and/or retail experience
